
The KD-GN Series High-Energy Spray Device, independently developed and designed by our company, pressurizes water to 8–16 MPa via a high-pressure plunger pump, enabling the nozzle to generate a high-speed mist flow of up to 50 m/s. Such a high-energy mist flow delivers outstanding performance in the fields of environmental dust suppression and high-pressure cleaning.
Equipped with high-pressure atomizing nozzles, the high-energy spray main unit can produce a high-speed mist flow of 50–100 μm, which effectively resists and suppresses high-speed moving dust. In contrast, the micro-mist ejected by ordinary atomizing nozzles has low velocity and is easily dispersed by induced wind or sea breeze, failing to control dust.
Fitted with high-pressure cleaning nozzles, the high-energy spray main unit generates a powerful single-sided fan-shaped mist flow, commonly known as a "water jet", which is widely used in vehicle cleaning, equipment cleaning, belt conveyor cleaning and other applications.
The high-energy spray device mainly consists of a high-pressure plunger pump pressurization system, pressure regulating system, multi-channel control system, main unit sewage discharge system, water source purification system (optional), and electrical control system.
