Fog Cannon Dust Suppression Device

The "KD-SWP Series Air-assisted Sprayer", independently developed and designed by our company (referred to as "Fog Cannon" for short), atomizes water into droplets similar in size to dust particles through a high-pressure water pump. Under the action of an axial flow fan, the water mist is projected to a long distance. When the dust particles come into contact with the water mist droplets generated by the fog cannon, they become moist. The moistened dust particles gradually absorb nearby dust particles, condense into clusters, and settle under their own gravity, achieving a good dust suppression effect.
The fog cannon dust suppression device is mainly composed of a high-pressure water supply system, a water atomization system, an axial flow air supply system, a horizontal rotation system, a vertical pitching system and an electrical control system.
