
The KD-GW Series Ultra-Fine Water Mist Dust Collector (abbreviated as "Dry Fog Machine",, independently developed and designed by our company, serves as the core equipment of the entire dry fog dust suppression system.It mainly consists of water control pipelines, air control pipelines, purging control pipelines, sewage discharge control pipelines, and an embedded electric control cabinet.
Through the above control pipelines, the set air pressure, water pressure, air flow rate, water flow rate, etc., are controlled by PLC and other components in the electric control cabinet, and delivered via pipelines to the dry fog box assembly or universal joint assembly, ultimately achieving spray dust suppression at the dry fog nozzles.
The electrical control system integrates a programmable logic controller (PLC), human-machine interface (HMI), protection circuits, relays and auxiliary components, providing customers with both automatic and manual operation modes.In automatic mode, the system can automatically receive remote trigger signals from relevant equipment to start/stop spraying.In manual mode, operators can start/stop spraying and adjust relevant system parameters (such as spraying cycle and pipeline purging time) on the human-machine interface (see Figure 12).
The PLC and HMI inside the dry fog machine adopt first-tier brands including Siemens, ABB, Xinje;electrical components adopt first-tier brands such as Schneider, ABB, Chint;terminal blocks adopt first-tier brands such as Phoenix Contact, Weidmüller.
