System introduction
STS container truck positioning system is designed to improve the operating efficiency of STS cranes. Adopting laser scanning ranging technology, pattern recognition and automatic control technology, the system instructs truck drivers to adjust their parking position in real time according to the operation type, so that trucks can accurately park at the STS hoisting position in advance. This shortens the time for the spreader to align with the truck and improves the operation efficiency at the quayside.

• Positioning information displayed on LED screen with brightness suitable for all-weather operation.
• Compatible with laser sensors of various brands, such as HOKUYO, SICK, etc.
• Expandable: linkage of two CPS systems to support parallel operation of two trucks for dual-spreader STS.
