CCTV system solution for portal crane

System overview
Due to the large size of portal cranes, operators cannot clearly see the area under the lifting appliance or the traveling status of the portal legs during operation. Our company has specially developed a customized video monitoring solution for portal cranes.

Case analysis
An automatically stabilized camera system is installed on the lifting appliance to monitor the area below, enabling the operator to have a full view. A wide-angle semi-fixed camera system is mounted on the portal legs to effectively monitor the equipment’s traveling environment, improving operational efficiency and eliminating potential safety hazards.
